Crack Sauce
A bold Thai-style herb sauce blended with mint, cilantro, lime, fish sauce, and chilies. The recipe yields about 12 ounces.

Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch mint
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 2 limes
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 6-10 red bird chilies
- 4 Tbsp fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 1/4 large shallot
- 10 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until desired consistency is reached.
