High Protein Baguette Pizzas
A high-protein, low-fat twist on pizza using hollowed baguettes, marinara, mozzarella, and turkey pepperoni.

Base
- 3 baguettes, cut in half lengthwise and hollowed out
Toppings
- 1 medium jar marinara sauce (low calorie if desired)
- 740 g low-fat mozzarella cheese (about 61 g per piece)
- 108 slices turkey pepperoni (about 9 slices per piece)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice each baguette in half lengthwise and then along the side, then hollow out the interior to create space for toppings.
- Place baguette halves on a baking sheet.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly inside each hollowed baguette.
- Add mozzarella cheese evenly across each piece.
- Top with turkey pepperoni slices.
- Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10–15 minutes.
