High Protein Baguette Pizzas

A high-protein, low-fat twist on pizza using hollowed baguettes, marinara, mozzarella, and turkey pepperoni.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice each baguette in half lengthwise and then along the side, then hollow out the interior to create space for toppings.
  3. Place baguette halves on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread marinara sauce evenly inside each hollowed baguette.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese evenly across each piece.
  6. Top with turkey pepperoni slices.
  7. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10–15 minutes.
