Korean Spicy Soy Marinated Canned Tuna

Ingredients
- 1 can light tuna in water, half-drained
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 red chili pepper, diced
- 1 green onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, plus more for topping
- 3/4 cup cooked white rice
- 6 leaves green leaf lettuce, chopped
Instructions
- Drain half of the water from the canned tuna.
- Dice the red chili pepper and green onion.
- Chop the lettuce.
- To the tuna, add soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, diced chili pepper, black pepper, and sesame seeds. Mix everything together until well combined.
- In a bowl, layer the chopped lettuce and cooked rice, then top with the marinated tuna. Finish with extra sesame seeds and enjoy.
